If you are looking for a home inspection Look no further! Max and Megan from Florida’s Favorite Home Inspections are absolutely amazing. This family owned and operated service provides very thorough cogent and personalized and individualized service. I had the fortune of Max inspecting our home for its 11 months review. Max spent over three hours going through every inch of our home and taking us along on the journey. He took the time to explain what he found and what he did not find. He very patiently answered every question with the utmost professionalism, even the absurd ones. With the inspection they add services not covered by a basic inspection, such as using a drone to view the roof, placing an infrared camera on walls, ceilings, vents and floors to measure temperature differences that suggest the presence of damaging moisture or loss of cooling or heat

In a day and age where work ethic and personal customer service seems like a thing of the past, both Max and Megan take the time to make you feel they are invested in you and your home are as important to them as it is to you. I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was even finding out there are things that need to be addressed. You are in safe and competent hands with Florida’s Favorite Home Inspections. Max spent ~5 hours non-stop, in fact he was running, to inspect a ~5000 sqft house for me. He left nothing unchecked, walked on the 2 story roof, and entered the attic. To thoroughly check a moisture spot on the ceiling he brought in a thermographic camera and ended up checking all ceilings. He hit his head on a low hanging light fixture badly. Still that only made him pulse for a short moment.
