Max Guscott, CMI, RPI, CPI, CPO, VP

Max comes all the way from England, as you may have noticed by his accent if you’ve already had an inspection from him. In England, he earned his Bachelor's and Master of Computer Science and then transitioned to teaching primary school, where he got the person-to-person interaction he craved. Before moving to Florida, however, he took a pit stop in New Jersey and New York, where he worked as an outdoor education coordinator, EMT, Search and Rescue, and CPO / Aquatic Director. Max has found his sweet spot with home inspections, which gives him both the ability to work in the field, to use his prior knowledge related to building systems, and a personal connection with our clients. Outside of work Max enjoys archery, kayaking, and home improvement projects.

Meagan Marchant, President

Meagan grew up in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Florida, but took a long hiatus in Pennsylvania and New York, before returning to South Florida. During her time in the northeast, she earned her Bachelor of Art and a Master of Architecture. After twelve years of working in New York City’s fast-paced world of Architecture and Interior Design, she felt it was time to return home and start a home inspection business, just like her parents did back in 2001. Meagan has found the perfect fit for her career utilizing her art skills for marketing and helping people make sure their homes are safe and sound. In her spare time, Meagan enjoys oil painting custom pet portraits and making the world’s best chocolate chip cookies.
